Recenter, Reconnect, Rejuvenate with Susan & Melody

As the year draws to an end we will be taking an opportunity to retreat into the jungles of Mexico and connect with our higher selves, nature and each other.  This is a perfect opportunity to reflect on the immense changes that have taken place in this past year, to process them, and to recalibrate as we move forward into 2022. You will have the opportunity to find yourself again in the company of like-minded spiritual seekers. Together, we will create space to rediscover life and share the simple yet profound experience of human connection.

Our limited-sized group will be spending 7 nights in San Pancho, Mexico, and explore the five elements through this journey. We will be immersed in the peace and calm of the Mexican Pacific Coastline as we explore the radiant jungle and stunning wild beaches. We will practice yoga every day, chant kirtan, share sacred wisdom, and open our hearts to joy and possibility.

Our dharma talks, discussions, and workshops will focus on the importance of finding inner connection through our personal spiritual practices. We will explore how to create a spiritual foundation in our lives that guides us through the storms of life to find a grounded, internal space of spiritual centeredness.

During the trip, you will be able to enjoy the quietude of our own private, jungle yoga center, each room with its own unique features, stunning jungle views, and delicious homemade meals each day.  We will also be venturing into different parts of the region to discover its diverse landscape, beaches, and culture.
